Our Cinemagraphs are created from CC0 – Creative Commons video. This license allows anyone to use the work in any way and for any purpose, including commercial purposes without attribution. We have created Cinemagraphs from these videos as derivative works and applied our own licensing as follows.

Standard License

When you download a free or purchased Cinemagraph from Clipstill you automatically receive our Standard License which allows you to use the Cinemagraph for almost any business, personal, educational or charitable purpose. The Cinemagraph is yours to use anywhere in the world as many times as you need and for as long as you want.

If you choose to download an Cinemagraph free of charge we’d appreciate attribution to Clipstill wherever it’s used: Please provide a note and link, such as “Cinemagraph by Clipstill” or similar, plus a link back to http://www.clipstill.com.

Extended License

If you wish to distribute products bearing one of our Cinemagraphs, where your customers are likely to choose the product solely or mainly BECAUSE it displays that Cinemagraph, you will need to purchase an Extended License. This could be, for example, if you want to reproduce the Cinemagraph on greeting cards for sale or mass distribution.  If you would like further information please contact us.
